Urgent Care

 

The department of Urgent Care provides ambulatory medical care on a walk-in basis without a scheduled appointment to individuals of all ages. The hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday including some holidays.


Patients are seen by our experienced medical providers; for example: board-certified family physicians, internal medicine physicians and physician assistants. The other health personnel include Registered nurses, Licensed vocational nurses, medical assistants and unit clerks.

Services
We provide the treatments of non-life threatening illnesses or injuries that need immediate attention such as following:
  • High blood pressure
  • High blood sugar
  • Asthma/Nebulizer treatment
  • Fever/Colds/Flu/Sore throats
  • Respiratory infections
  • Rashes
  • Abdominal pain
  • Headaches
  • Minor cuts and scrapes
  • Minor burns
  • Wound care/Suture
  • Sprains and strains

Diagnostics testing and other services include:
  • X- Rays, EKG, Pulse oximetry, Labs, Drug screens
  • Intravenous fluids, Flu shots, Vaccines
  • Patient Education
  • Hospital referral and consultation
