Let’s get healthy! Watts Healthcare accepts most insurance plans including Medi-Cal Managed Care options, California Health and Wellness and Anthem Blue Cross Partnership Plans, Medicare, and private pay. We have contracts with the following health care coverage programs.
Health Insurance Enrollment
At Watts Healthcare, taking good care of our patients starts long before you visit any one of our health centers. Beginning with your first phone call to us, our goal is to provide you with the best service possible. This includes providing you an appointment with our registration and enrollment staff who specialize in making sure that you get all of the financial assistance you can. We will walk you through the process of applying for Medicaid, Medicare, or one of the insurance plans available through California’s insurance marketplace.
If you need to sign up for health insurance, we have certified enrollment counselors in our registration department at Watts Health Center. Please review the necessary requirements to apply for health insurance. For assistance enrolling, you may also walk into any of our health centers or call 323-564-4331, and we can give you the assistance you need.
Sliding Fee Scale
Watts Healthcare Corporation is committed to providing a sliding fee discount to persons who have healthcare needs and are uninsured, underinsured, ineligible for a government program, or otherwise unable to pay. Consistent with its mission to deliver compassionate, quality culturally-sensitive health services, WHCC strives to ensure that financial barriers to care are minimized for patients who meet certain eligibility criteria. The Sliding Fee Discount Program provides discounts to eligible patients based on their family size and income. The Sliding Fee Discount Schedule is used to calculate the basic discount and is updated each year using the federal poverty guidelines. Once approved, the discount will be honored for six months, after which time the patient must reapply. This program is offered to all patients who qualify.
All patients without insurance who are requesting discounted services are required to complete the sliding scale application form below. Please print, fill out and bring along to your appointment.

Watts Healthcare follows all federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements to make sure your medical records stay secure, private and safe.
Requesting Patient Records
Patients or authorized healthcare providers may request copies of patient health records. Please note that it may take up to two (2) weeks for Watts Healthcare to process and provide copies of requested patient medical records. A member of Watts Healthcare staff will contact you when records are ready.
To request protected patient health information, click here to Download the Request of Information (ROI) Form. Complete the form by providing the required information, and bringing it to your health center. You may also fax the completed form to the patient’s main Watts Healthcare medical or dental clinic using the fax numbers listed below:
