Services Provided:

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology provides comprehensive obstetrical and gynecology care. The hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

A full range of outpatient gynecological procedures are provided on-site by WHCC providers. These outpatient procedures include but are not limited to colonoscopy, cryotherapy, endometrial biopsy and loop electrosurgical excision. WHCC providers also perform medical procedures in affiliated hospitals, including hysterectomy, diagnostic laparoscopy and cervical correction. The gynecologic oncology patients also receive comprehensive care through organized referral to gynecologic, medical, and radiation oncologists.

The clinic staff provided a total of 300 deliveries in the year 2002. For the high-risk obstetrical patients, perinatology referral services are available.
