- Professionally administer all incoming calls.
- Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly.
- Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.
- Perform a variety of clerical duties as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum (1) year customer service and/or front desk experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette (verbal and interpersonal skills).
- Ability to handle multiple telephone lines efficiently.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
- Must be able to speak and write in Spanish/English fluently.
