Primary Responsibilities:

  • Professionally administer all incoming calls.
  • Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly.
  • Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent phone etiquette (verbal and interpersonal skills).
  • Ability to handle multiple telephone lines efficiently.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
  • Must be able to speak and write in Spanish/English fluently.
